Our work in the past has been on a method for early and noninvasive detection of atherosclerosis. Five US patents have been issued. A 2004 clinical validation study, published in the Circulation journal, provided strong support for the concept. Our current goals are on developing applications for the method in other cardiovascular areas and to develop embedded applications that should make this and other similar systems amenable for home use.
Here are our recent paper drafts in this domain:Modeling of Glucose metabolism, biomedical signal processing, and biomedical instrumentation.
